Pangram treated me very well. She's a good receptionist, really helpful, always smiling, and very calm. Thanks to Pangram.

They had a room available, but still made me wait 1 hour 35 minutes, saying it wouldn't be ready until 2:00. I could apparently have gotten it right away if I paid 200 Baht. I think that's a very bad practice 😔.

The room was really dirty, with lots of hair on the floor, and the staff weren't cooperative. We walked in at night and were told breakfast was included. The next morning, they said breakfast was only included for online bookings, not walk-in guests. Very annoying.

My booking had been confirmed for over a month, and now you're canceling our reservation for a stay that's still three months away? Horrible service. Don't waste your time booking here just to have it canceled.

The facilities were old and dirty, and the staff seemed not to care. It was the worst stay I've ever had. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
