The rooms are spacious, clean and decorated with a colorful, classy look. I loved the details, and there’s a balcony, plus a shared relaxation area. They provide water, a refrigerator, soap, towels, coffee and cups, but you’ll need to get anything else yourself. The owner was friendly, offered travel guidance and also manages another property by the beach. Staff were nice too. It’s peaceful, with markets and shops nearby, though quite far from the city and beach. Having your own vehicle would help. Overall, very good value, and the owner was kind.

The building has warm wood tones with orange accents, and the renovation feels fresh and high quality. My room had a full kitchen, balcony, shower and a big bed. We negotiated a monthly rate of 8,000 rubles, which was a great price. There’s a BBQ area with a restaurant that looks fashionable and comfortable, though I never saw anyone there, plus a coffee shop downstairs. No pool, but it’s very quiet and you can’t hear the motorbikes.
