The standout here is the pool setup and the shared spaces. Both the main pool and rooftop are thoughtfully done, with a more upscale feel than most places nearby. The Riviera Jomtien is among the nicer condo buildings around. The views are lovely, and everything feels clean, secure, and well maintained. Units are modern but small, so they suit a short stay or solo living better than anyone needing much room. The location is fairly convenient for Jomtien Beach and Pattaya, while being a little tucked away and quieter. The neighborhood has a strong Russian presence, with some Indian subculture too. You'll see signs in Thai and Russian and hear Russian spoken around the area. There's also a loud motorcycle scene. Bikes go along the strip at all hours, especially after dark and through the night. If you want a somewhat higher-end place in Jomtien without hotel prices, this is a solid choice.

There are several pools here, including an infinity pool, plus a steam room, sauna, and a very good gym. It's a really nice condo. Be careful with some condo owners over deposits. Take plenty of photos of everything before you sign the contract.

I really like this place in general. The building is clean and modern, and the facilities and pools are excellent. A couple of things need attention, though: the water isn't always hot, and there's a maintenance issue with the electricity at the work area.

After living here and looking into the town, we decided this is the best condo in the whole town. It's stylish and beautiful, and both the apartments and common areas use good-quality materials as well as having a nice design. The shared spaces are brilliant. A one-bedroom apartment is comfortable for a couple, and the service team are very friendly.
