I've owned here for six years, with some ups and downs, but overall it's a great place and I've never really regretted it. I also think short-term renters, including Airbnb guests, should take complaints about a house to their landlords. In my view, around 90% of owners would rarely welcome them.

The rooftop pool on the 20th floor is superb, and my flat is very comfortable. I've lived in this residence for more than a year, and the maintenance and lobby staff are always friendly, helpful, and smiling. It's one of the best residences I've known. The gym is completely outdated, but that doesn't bother me since there are excellent fitness centres nearby.

We spent almost two months here and found it secure, with lovely staff. It's in the best location in Pattaya for us, and I'll stay here again if I return.

The pool and sea view are fabulous, but that's where the good part ends for me. The gym is a joke, with very few machines working and absolutely no maintenance. Reception staff act like the police, and the public areas have no AC, feel like a sauna, and always smell. Outside, there are shacks and stray dogs alongside five-star condos. Only in Thailand! I'm also curious what travelers think of all the notices saying “NO RENTING!” and warning of a government fine if a condo owner is found renting. If there were no travelers, this country would probably be in civil war, since it offers nothing else!
