The rooftop is the one bright spot, with a pleasant pool and the option to get a drink or ice cream, though the reclining seats are uncomfortable and not really suited to sunbathing unless you're very thin. The hotel looks modern, and the room and shared areas were clean, but there was little attention beyond basic cleanliness. Hot water was scarce, and the road outside made the location unpleasant for walking, even though a 7-Eleven and McDonald’s are right nearby and taxis or scooters are easy to get. The booking was frustrating from the start. I got no reply to messages before booking or through the platform, and was told to communicate only through Line. I had requested a room away from the road and that was accepted, but I arrived to find a room right beside it. The only alternative offered was a smaller, cheaper room, without refunding the difference. It took a long negotiation, and felt like the decision had already been imposed on me. The bed was fairly comfortable, but it was two single beds pushed together despite being advertised as a double. The topper and duvet were average, the TV was large, and the refrigerator worked. Noise came through from the road and neighboring rooms, both close by and farther away. With almost no soundproofing, sleeping would be very hard for anyone sensitive to noise. Wi-Fi was stable and reasonably fast. There were only three outlets, two occupied by the TV and fridge; the last one worked only when a large light was switched on, which was impractical at night. There were no bathroom outlets, and staff refused to provide a power strip. The price only seems acceptable if noise doesn't bother you. I wasn't refunded the price difference after the room change, and the poor comfort and service made the value feel unbalanced. The appearance and rooftop don't make up for the constant noise, ignored room request, questionable booking handling, and lack of compensation. My stay was tiring and frustrating. Avoid it if you're a light sleeper or expect basic professionalism with bookings.
