I really enjoy staying here. It's in a perfect spot, away from busy roads but only a few minutes from the sea. The pool, sauna, and garage were recently renovated, and they did a great job. There are wonderful trees all around, unlike any other condo I've seen. Management is very helpful, and electronic keys are used to enter any building. I've stayed in other condos in Pattaya, and this is the best one for me.

I rented room D708 through Airbnb. It's been renovated, has good air conditioning, and was clean and nice, with a good view. Close to 7/11 and Tops. I recommend this room.

📍Watch the videos and decide if you'd want to stay here. There's nothing but noise. Drilling and other tool noise goes on every day until evening, and I wasn't happy for even one day. The pool is very dirty too. There are three pool attendants, but they sleep in the corners all day. A very bad place. 📍The parking spaces are too small for large motorcycles. My bike is very large, so I can only use the entrance parking, which is limited to 300 cc and carries a 2,000 baht penalty. Meanwhile, smaller motorcycles park here too, while the parking attendant and other staff sleep. I don't recommend this place.

I've stayed in many Pattaya condos, and this is the best one for me. It's between Pattaya and Jomtien, 700 meters from the beaches, and right next to immigration for paperwork. The building has a huge pool, waterslide, sauna, gym, and underground parking. Staff are very friendly, and the residence feels ultra-secure. Restaurants and a Seven-Eleven are right at the foot of the building.
