The staff were excellent, especially the receptionist, who was friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. Security staff were supportive and well-intentioned too, and the quiet, safe feeling made the stay comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the room stayed well maintained. It’s good value for money, with a functional, if small, bathroom, a large balcony, and shampoo whose scent I particularly liked. Some small details made me think the place might be Japanese-owned or influenced, with a sense of quality and care. There’s no swimming pool, though, and the room window facing the corridor wasn’t pleasant. The serious disappointment came with my last reservation, when I was offered a room with water leaking from the ceiling. Aside from that, it’s a solid budget option if cleanliness, safety, and value matter more to you than luxury.

The living area and bed section were good, though the washroom could use better arrangements or an upgrade. I’d heard the place was fairly new and booked a few nights. There’s no lift, so expect to use the stairs. There aren’t local TV channels for now, but you can log into apps like YouTube and Netflix. The only window is beside the main door and faces the walkway, with no privacy curtain if you want daylight. There was some road and outside noise at night, but I could live with it. A great stay if you want a reasonable price around Central Pattaya road.

No frills, but comfortable, with a massive balcony that’s great for relaxing. The shower was decent, though the drain can smell a bit. It’s fantastic value, and I’ll definitely stay again.

The room is a good size, and the balcony is usable and nice to sit on. But there’s no elevator, so you have to take the stairs to the third floor. It’s noisy too, with lots of car and motorbike noise at night, and breakfast isn’t available even if you’re willing to pay extra. I don’t want to come back here.

I didn’t want to leave. The bed was the best I’ve slept in in Thailand, and the pillows were A++++. The hotel is excellent, I can’t fault it. The staff were so kind. Keep up the good work.
