A kettle in the room would have made things better. There’s free hot and cold water, but you have to pay for cups each time. Reusable cups for guests would be more convenient and better for the environment. Otherwise we really enjoyed the stay. The pool and gym were great, and the cafe being open 24 hours was handy. Restaurants, Tops Daily, and massage places were all close by.

Good value for the money. The room was clean, with nice windows and a view, and the pool was pleasant without being too crowded. You can exchange the voucher for food and drinks at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

There was a lot going on at Cosi, but nights were quiet and we slept well. The pool area and reception were nice too. My one complaint is the lack of kettles in the rooms. We like tea in the morning, and although hot water is available at reception, getting a cup can be difficult. Carrying one back is worse: the water is extremely hot, the handles are badly designed, and I burned my fingers even though I kept putting the cups down along the way. It doesn’t feel safe. They should put kettles in the rooms or rent them out.

On the night of 18Mar, the air conditioner kept cutting out every 15 minutes, so I had to get up and turn it back on until midnight. By morning it was too cold and I couldn’t switch it off. The lights wouldn’t turn on either, jajaja. The next morning, 19Mar, I spoke to the receptionist. She listened, helped calm me down, contacted maintenance, and tried to fix it right away. After about five minutes she decided it was better to move me to another room. The night shift receptionist was helpful too. The room needs maintenance, but I still gave five stars. I’ve stayed in Samui, Vientiane, and Phuket, and this place should be at the same standard.
