The location is a real plus, right on the beach road and close to shops and services. The rooms are clean and surprisingly quiet, with good air conditioning and comfortable enough beds. It's very affordable if you can overlook some small problems, including clumsy, faulty fixtures. Housekeeping and room service could be better. There are no lifts, just stairs. The downstairs entrance goes through a massage shop that closes late at night, and the other route is a narrow passage running back to the adjacent Natural Beach Hotel.

It's very clean, great value, and the staff are second to none. It can get a bit noisy, especially on karaoke night, but you're right in the middle of everything. I liked it so much I'm coming back there jan 26.

I thought this place was great. The apartment building is on Soi 11, right beside Soi Buakhao, with bars, markets, massage parlors, drugstores, and supermarkets all within walking distance. For 750 baht a night, the room was a good size and had a large bed, fridge, small shower bathroom, little balcony, and good WiFi. There's an elevator too.

On my January 2023 visit, one night cost 750baht, and there was space downstairs to park a motorbike. This small apartment house is on soi 11, just off soi buakow. The rooms are big, with a fridge, small en suite, large bed, little balcony, good wifi, and an elevator. Ask for a room at the back, since there are bars out front, though it's mostly quiet during the day. Recommended.

A very clean place to use as a base for exploring. There's a fan and air con, plus free coffee and tea in the room and downstairs in the foyer. The people are lovely.
