The pool is great, and the bus station for the airport and Foodmart supermarket are right next door. There's a lively scene downstairs, though the 7/11 is quite a walk away. I couldn't find any great coffee nearby, at least to my taste. For a short or long stay, this is a nice place. The management really stood out to me and made the stay comfortable. Condos are mass-produced, so each one's decor and upkeep depends on its owner. Take a close look at the individual condo you plan to rent.

Hello, I'm planning to go to Thailand for the Songkran Festival in April and work as a vlogger for the Asian region. My channel will be new. I want to begin in Bangkok and Pattaya, then visit Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar, and Sri Lanka in that order. I'm asking about the price for a two-month stay. Unfortunately, even if I wanted to stay a year, the Thai government only gives visas for two months. Could someone with authority help me?

The place is quite old, but it has many facilities and a very good location.

It's a few-year-old building, and there are some fun bats underneath. The accommodation seems about three-star and rents for around 6-7k per month. I was told one of the owners keeps the deposit, but I don't know if that's true, so just be aware of it.

The apartment I stayed in had no kitchen, though there are grocery shops and restaurants on the ground level. Nice rooms, and the swimming pool is quite good.
