The apartments are lovely, and the pool area is large and quiet, with a restaurant. It’s set away from the busy roads. There are little shops downstairs with most of what you need, though you can find things cheaper outside.

We’ve just bought a condo in this building and are very happy with it. The staff are good, and the balcony views are lovely.

The rooms are good, though the prices feel a bit inflated. You can see the sea from View Talay, but you might need binoculars or a telescope to get much of a view. The pool is super, and security is friendly. I didn’t like that there’s no DIY laundry room, and the shop isn’t much use.

The condo is clean and well managed, with parking and a great pool. It’s one of Pattaya’s largest and cleanest pools. Jomtien and Dongtan Beaches are only a few minutes away on foot, and there are MANY restaurants, pubs and bars nearby to suit everyone, including 🏳️🌈.

Set back from the main road, View Talay 2 B is quiet and has friendly, good security. It’s an older building, but the shared areas are kept clean. There’s a large pool, a small mini mart, a good hair salon, laundry, and a small bar and restaurant on site. Laundry is charged by the piece, not by the kilo. Rompho market, a pharmacy, 7/11 and foodmart are all within walking distance, as is the beach road night market, about a 20-minute walk away.
