We came to check out units for rent and ended up having lunch here. The pool is the highlight, and we had a nice rest there first. The restaurant beside it is clean, roomy, and catches a lovely sea breeze. Our Thai food was delicious: Pad Grapow Moo sub (stir-fried holy basil with minced pork) and Drunken Spaghetti with seafood (drunken seafood spaghetti). I was happy with lunch and would come back to try other dishes. The seaside property is a little old but well maintained, quiet, and clean. There’s a locked gate to the beach, which was also clean and peaceful, with light traffic on the beach road.

My girlfriend lives here, and there are lots of local residents. The ocean views are very good, and there’s a great night market close by. The place is a little dated, but long-term tenants get decent rent prices.

The apartment has a direct sea view, which feels so relaxing. Security staff are friendly, always smiling, and helpful. There’s a restaurant by the pool, which is convenient, and I feel safe and private with the secure gate leading straight onto the beach, reserved for building members.

The condos are comfortable and great for relaxing, with a beautiful pool and the beach close by. There’s also a market nearby, called the Russian Market by some and the Night Market by others. It’s the one next to Pattaya Park, with all sorts of food, drinks, clothes, and other things to buy.

The rooms are a great size, and there’s a private gate to the beach 🏝️. A great restaurant sits right beside the swimming pool 🏊.
