Completed in 2007, View Talay 5 is a 22-story beachfront condominium project in Jomtien with 1,968 units. Its spacious units, direct beach access and panoramic ocean views make it stand out. The building is in a good spot, with a big pool and spacious rooms. You can walk to the beach.

For me, the location is the best part. I can take a private walkway straight to the beach, and I can see the sea from my bed. The people are friendly, there’s a convenience store in the building, and the large pool has recently been joined by a gym.

The rooms are spacious. I had a studio, then moved to a one-bedroom atlaguna3 Maldives, but I’m moving back in November. The wifi in Maldives is awful, and there’s nothing nearby, not even a 7-11. View talay 5c has a great view and everything you need.
