Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel

The staff were friendly, and the room was decent enough for what I paid. But many rooms connect to the next one through a door with no soundproofing at all. Ask for a private room or choose another hotel. I ended up cutting my seven-night stay short and moving.

The rooms were clean and really spacious, but the listed facilities didn’t match what we found. There was a shiny decorative kettle, but no cups and no complimentary coffee as described. Breakfast wasn’t much to write home about. We went down the first morning, then ate out after that. And the hotel advertises a pool bar 😂😂😂

We’ll definitely come back. The beach, bars, and shops are nearby, and parking was a 10/10. Everything else was good too. Breakfast gets 8/10, though there wasn’t much variety. Rooms were 8/10 because the internet was slow.

The hotel is in a handy spot near the beach, restaurants, massage places, bars, and 7-11. The conference room and swimming pool were perfect. The room was quite okay, and the maids did their best to work quickly in a big hotel, though there were very few of them. I have no complaint about that, no rush. Reception staff also provided quite good service. I was there for work for about two weeks, and breakfast was the big problem. It was the same food every day, Chinese food early in the morning and Western food later. Our large group had to start early, so we got the Chinese food each morning. I asked if they could sometimes mix in Western options, but they kept doing the same thing. This isn’t about the taste, we just needed food to get by. If the hotel only wants to please Chinese tourists and not its other clients, it could just reserve rooms for them. First time and last time for me and my friends. The fitness room wasn’t really available whenever we wanted. It was next door, and we had to ask staff for a coupon and check its opening schedule.
