The location is very good, which is about the only thing in its favor. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and my room was cleaned only every other day. During a power cut across the whole road, a staff member got the safe master key while the CCTV was inactive and stole a substantial amount of cash and documents from my safe. That staff member then disappeared. Management denied knowing anything until I involved the police, and the hotel offered no apology or help with my losses. Avoid it if poor service, low-quality rooms, poor hygiene, and being robbed are things you want to avoid.

2017-aug-09 The Wi-Fi was awful on all three networks, and the shower had no hot water. I checked four different rooms because the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly in any of them. Even after an hour, the temperature was still 27 or 28 inside, which wasn’t acceptable. I said I’d leave, pay for the first night, and take the loss, but the manager said I had to pay for all four nights booked through Agoda. She blamed the heat on the lights being on and said it was daytime. Ridiculous. The manager was very rude.

The location was perfect and the price I paid was reasonable. The bathroom was very clean, though the bedding needs replacing. When I arrived, neither the Wi-Fi nor the safety deposit box worked, but the woman working there fixed both straight away. Thank you very much.

I stayed for 16 nights and found the room clean and well serviced, with an icy cold air conditioner, room safe, TV, and fridge. It’s comfortable and the location is hard to beat, though it isn’t a 3-4 Star Hotel. I chose a room with stairs, but there are rooms with a lift if you prefer. Keep in mind this is a busy Soi, so light sleepers should know it can be noisy. It suited me perfectly, and I’ll visit again. Tony
