Yiasu Serviced Apartments and Bed and Breakfast

I’ve been here for three months and could see myself making this my permanent home. The price is reasonable, and the owner is super nice. I think of her as a good friend. You feel like part of a family here, and I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be sad to leave and will miss the place.

Yiasu has been my place to escape Canadian winters for the last three years, after I spent the first five years in Pattaya switching rooms almost every month. Since finding it, I’ve stayed here every time. It’s a great all around package: good prices, quiet, very clean and secure, with large rooms, modern furniture, beautiful decor, and close to the beach. Karah is a lovely owner to deal with and speaks many languages fluently. She even let me store my boat there during my stay at no extra cost. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else, and I can’t wait to be back in January!

There are plenty of spots to sit and unwind, indoors or outside, and inside the gate Yiasu feels like a little green retreat. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the whole guest house is kept immaculately. Hara is a welcoming host who makes you feel like family and explains how to get around both the guest house and the area. It’s on a quiet Jomtien lane, a few steps from the beach and local attractions, and the internet works well throughout. A true five-star stay.

The hosts are a delight, and there’s plenty of room to relax. It feels like a little treasure away from the crowds, while major facilities are still close by using different kinds of transport. The rooms are exceptionally clean, right down to the details.
