Breakfast was better than I expected, and the staff were all really friendly. The presidential suite is spacious and clean, with a kitchenette, though there’s no silverware. I’m sure room service could bring some. The balcony was the one part that wasn’t clean. Finding the hotel takes some effort: go to the back parking ramp at Sky Mall and head up to level 4 B. The way up looks a little creepy, so stay alert. Still, it was a nice stay.

The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, and the rooms are a good size. There’s a supermarket downstairs. Getting in is awkward, through the underground car park, and the hotel is joined to a shopping mall that’s almost deserted. Avoid the food: it wasn’t kept at a safe temperature. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English.

The Wi-Fi worked properly, and there’s a small but well-equipped gym for guests. You can also use the swimming pool or convenience store, and Visa is accepted. Cleanliness wasn’t great, though. The place feels like a new building that hasn’t been finished, but all things considered, it was acceptable.

The building feels almost abandoned. My room was maintained well and looked clean, but I saw tiny cockroaches every day.

For just $40-50 a night for two, it’s a really good deal and worth the price. This is one of the coziest hotels around here, with a good location and plenty of facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful. I’d come back.
