We booked for 9-10/03/25 and were given room L204. As soon as we opened the door, a strong bad smell hit us, like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even the stuffed toy in the room looked scary. The bathroom design was strange, like a haunted tunnel, and we couldn’t sleep all night. There were noises from inside the room, and around midnight the neighboring rooms were loud too. It also felt as though someone else was in the room trying to distract us. I really wouldn’t recommend staying here.

I tried two rooms, and both had a bad smell. I suspect it came from the fake wood shelving and flooring, though I can’t be sure. I live in Southeast Asia and this didn’t seem normal to me. Room 313 had a mattress stain visible through the sheet. There’s no window, just a small glass door to a tiny balcony that gets too hot from the AC unit to use. Yuk. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The toilet was in poor shape, with black marks on the wall and a leaking spray gun that seemed to need maintenance. We also found house flies and mosquitoes in the room. At check-in, the staff hadn’t checked the booking details and initially told me breakfast wasn’t included. I had to insist, and then they acknowledged it. It turned out to be a bento set that I had to collect each morning, not a buffet, and the booking hadn’t said the free breakfast would be a bento. There was also an extra 300 baht to top up. Staff weren’t very flexible or friendly, and this was my worst trip. I was totally disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it unless you can’t find another hotel.
