It’s quiet here, with pleasant outdoor seating for mornings and evenings. Town is still easy enough to reach, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

I felt very comfortable here, and it made a good base for exploring Ayutthaya. I personally wouldn’t choose to stay longer than three days, though, because I missed having a proper breakfast. Coffee and fruit are available, and the owner is friendly and helpful, with some English. The photos the owner posted match what you’ll find. The guesthouse sits a little apart on a side street. Outside, there’s not much beyond a small market, a hairdresser, motorbike taxis, and a mini-cab. Walk about 15 minutes south and you’ll reach restaurants, live-music bars, and small shops. The guesthouse itself is well maintained, with large green grounds to relax in. My room was very clean, and the toilet and shower were spotless. This is a guesthouse, not a hotel, and the bathroom is like what many Thai people have at home. The surrounding area is home to Thai families, with few tourists around. People were really nice and friendly, greeting me, and the small-market staff were courteous. People in Ayutthaya generally were also very nice, helpful, and friendly.

The orchard gives the area a cozy, home-like feel, and the owner was so welcoming and hospitable, even sharing fruit from the orchard as a complimentary treat. The rooms are guesthouse-style and reasonably priced.

Khun Kui looked after us so well, which really stood out to me. I loved the atmosphere too, and I’d definitely return if I get the chance.
