The central location makes it easy to walk to town amenities, and the hotel was very clean and well kept during my stay. The staff were attentive and happy to help. Free parking and 24-hour reception are available too. WiFi is listed as an amenity, though I didn't try it. I had a pleasant stay at City Park Hotel, Phatthalung.

Booking through a platform cost less than the walk-in rate. The room was bright and clean, with a small balcony or AC ledge, and Pattalung Railway Station was about a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed two nights and finally caught up on sleep. The modern twin room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, with up-to-date amenities and outlets that fit different plug types. Service was prompt, and the hotel's laundry came back clean and folded, which made us really happy. The location is almost perfect. We ate nearby at Roof 66, and the cafe next door had a flourless chocolate cake that beat every chocolate cake I've had in western Canada. Its espresso was as good as my favorite illy from Italy. If you're staying in Phattalung, City Park Hotel is the best place to stay.
