8/10
The location is a little away from convenience shops, including self-service laundry and stores, though bicycles are available if you want to ride around or reach the slightly farther 7-Eleven. Service is good, and there’s both shaded and open-air parking for cars and bikes. The room is clean and has the necessities, including a hair dryer that you don’t need to request from reception, as well as a fridge and A/C. I’d have liked the shampoo and shower gel to be more fragrant, like Mest Hotel.

The receptionist was very welcoming, and the room was clean and tidy. It’s good value for money, and you can get a massage in front of the hotel. Recommended for Malaysians.

It’s in town and not far from the main road between provinces, which is handy if you’re planning to visit several places by private car.

10/10
The rooms were roomy, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel’s central spot made getting around easy. What I appreciated most was having a halal restaurant right there. Breakfast had a good variety, and knowing the food was clearly marked meant I didn’t have to go looking elsewhere. A welcoming, convenient stay in Phatthalung, especially for Muslim travelers. I’d come back.
