Small Town Hostel

There’s a cozy lobby for hanging out and an outdoor spot for morning coffee, plus a bar upstairs that sometimes has live music. Just ten steps away is an all-day restaurant with tasty food, so meals are easy. The staff were especially polite and friendly, and the hostel is well designed and fairly priced. It’s outside the city center, though, so you’ll need to rent a motorbike to get around. There are two six-bed dorms as well as comfortable private rooms. Safety and hygiene measures are in place, but the bathrooms could be kept cleaner. I also wished there were coffee and tea available in the lobby around the clock. You can ask the staff for anything, and they’re happy to help.

The beds are comfy and the rooms are really clean. I like the upstairs craft beer bar too, with live music, friendly staff, and cheap drinks. It’s my favourite spot in Phattalung.

The bar next to the hostel throws loud parties that go on very late. If you’re after a quiet place to rest or sleep, especially on Fridays, weekends, or holidays, you might want to stay elsewhere.

A nice spot to eat, drink, chat, and just relax. Great for spending an evening and having some fun.
