2023 review: I still love this place after coming back a few years later. The staff are friendly and breakfast is nice, but maintenance has been neglected. In Cabin 8, the shower leaked badly at the fittings, its support was broken and awkward for me as a tall person, and the bathroom sink tap barely worked. The toilet was so close to the shower that I had to lean to sit on it. They really shouldn’t rent the cabin in this condition. Either the owner hasn’t been told about the problems or has chosen not to fix them. 2019 review: We arrived to a very friendly welcome. The place looked beautiful, with a lovely garden and outlook, and we were very happy so far.

The location is beautiful and secluded, but the property feels old and poorly managed. There were ants everywhere, and the curtains were worn and ugly. The guard ended up bringing us our food. The interior needs refurbishing, and the rooms need an upgrade.

The bungalows are simple but nicely decorated, with what you need, including a comfortable bed and a pleasant outdoor sitting area. We enjoyed relaxing there with the ocean view, and having breakfast or an afternoon snack. The service stood out most: security, staff, and the owner herself all seemed to care about making guests’ stays enjoyable. We liked the place and had a great stay. We’d definitely return if we get the chance.
