My room on the 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke coming from guests in neighboring rooms, who smoked there all night. It was unbearable, and I consider it a health hazard. Please make it clear that smoking is allowed, so people like me can book elsewhere instead of suffering through the stench. EDIT: Check-in was fine and the staff were friendly. But please tell the other guests they can’t smoke in their rooms because it disturbs other customers, or kick them out.

Simple but clean and nice, and perfectly adequate for the price. The bed was a little hard, as you’d expect at this rate. The shower got hot and had enough pressure.

For the room quality, I found it quite expensive. You may want to check other options, such as the Potter across the road.
