The place felt very dark, and even the reception chairs looked like they were falling apart. I booked a room so I could work while in Phimai and explained that at the front desk. We paid and planned to come back later, but the receipt they gave us showed less than half the amount. When we returned to check in, there wasn't a reasonable setup for working, and the metal chairs seemed likely to cause RSI. I cancelled and got half the money back. They also charge an extra 100thb for early check-in, which is the first time I've been charged for that when a room was available. I would steer clear.

Good service and a reasonable price. The room was clean and well maintained, though there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

The people running the hotel are some of the nicest you'll meet, and it's clean and modern. Beds are comfortable, there's a hot shower, and it has all the conveniences you'd want. They sell food and drinks from a small kitchen in the lobby. For an early coffee, the nearby 7-11 is probably your best bet. Best hotel in Phi Mai.

The room was large, the staff were friendly, and the WiFi was good. There’s a nice swimming pool, too. Breakfast came as a set plate with juice, but there was no coffee. The bed felt a bit hard for us.

Conveniently located, this was a perfectly fine basic hotel that did what we needed for our visit to Phimai, which was amazing. Nothing was wrong with the place, but there wasn't anything special about it either, apart from the handy location. Sans rabbits.
