The photos make it look more appealing than it is, with a pool and all, and I'd skip breakfast. For a holiday, I want to get away from disruptive noise, but here an old-fashioned air conditioner runs constantly just a few meters from your head. Also, why are the door locks broken?

I was planning to take my niece swimming because the pool looked lovely in the photos, but the actual pool seemed unsafe and looked closed. The website still says it's available, which could mislead guests. Breakfast was disappointing too, with only one dish, stir-fried bean sprouts. The room wasn't clean. There was hair all over the floor and around the room, and the floor mat was filthy, as if it hadn't been changed.

The suite had plenty of space and was comfortable, and the hotel has a bit of charm despite looking worn. The simple Thai breakfast was included and good. But the bathroom and toilet were so grimy, mouldy and full of hair that they weren't fit for a tramp. Maybe retiling costs a lot, but that doesn't excuse the state of it. See the photos.

I live nearby and often drop in for breakfast. The buffet is delicious and well stocked, and the staff are amazing. Service is always impeccable and comes with a smile. I regularly recommend the hotel to friends who visit.

The breakfast tasted great, though there wasn't much choice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool water was clear and clean. I'd have liked a better chair in the room and bedclothes that smelled fresher.
