Morage Hotel Phitsanulok

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the price is very good for what you get. Breakfast has a really nice spread of Thai and Western food, plus a coffee machine. The hallway lighting is the one issue: they switch it off, leaving it very dark. My dad's eyesight isn't great, so walking there was difficult for him. That's the only thing I'd suggest they improve.

I've stayed here three times, and the location and parking are very convenient. The beds were extremely hard, though, and made it tough to sleep well. Mattress toppers would help. The corridors were dark even in daytime, and at night, uncleaned rooms were left open with used bedding in the hall, making everything look messy. Service was a mixed bag: some staff were friendly and helpful, while others seemed uninterested.

I was very happy staying here for three nights. It's clean and comfortable, centrally located in the heart of Phitsanulok, and the price is mid-range. Everything went smoothly, and I'd happily come back. Highly recommended.

The staff were really helpful, but the room was another story. The old bed creaked and wobbled, and the sheets and pillowcases were stained. There was mold and soap scum in the bathroom, and the instant electric hot water barely worked. It's just about okay if you're on a tight budget.
