I stayed on Feb 28, 2023. The location is good, near the city center, with plenty of parking. My room was generally clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a coffee set, towel, shampoo, soap bar and hot shower. The owners were smiley, receipts were available, and the rate was 550 thb a night. There was no breakfast, and finding the entrance was tricky, with a narrow path leading in. The fridge hadn't been cleaned properly, since I found a half-eaten packet of pickled mango inside. Lighting was mediocre, too dim at night even with every bulb on. Noise insulation also seemed poor. I woke around 2 a.m.-ish and couldn't get back to sleep.

I couldn't sleep in room number 1 at all. Light from the bathroom in the second room next door shone straight onto the bed and was completely blinding. I've stayed in plenty of places, but never had anything like this happen before. It left me feeling really bad about the stay.

The landlord is awful, and the place itself is noisy with animals around. While renting by the month, I've had ongoing trouble over money and electricity bills.
