PoonSook Resident Hotel

The buffet breakfast was super, and the value for money is outstanding. The hotel itself is a little dated, though the rooms have been renovated to a good standard and still keep some original furnishings. They've also been rewired and have new air conditioning. I'd use this Hotel again.

It's just a two-minute walk from bus terminal no.1, and there's plenty of car parking. Walk-in prices are good value, the staff are super friendly, and the place is very clean with comfortable beds. Standard rooms are nice, while the deluxe rooms are super. Breakfast has a good selection and even an omelette chef, better than at most hotels. I'd highly recommend it.

The room was spacious and clean, and the price was very cheap for a good location right by the bus station, just a few minutes away on foot. We could hear quite a lot through the door from the lobby. Staff barely spoke English, which isn't surprising in this area, but they were kind and tried to accommodate us.

I was really impressed with what you get for the money. The location was ideal, the room had loads of space, and there was plenty of desk and shelf room for luggage. The fridge and air conditioning were good, Wi-Fi was solid, and the shower was genuinely great. The women at the front desk were sweet and happy to help.
