The view was stunning, and the room was spacious. Some staff were nice and helpful, and there's a gym and pool. But I booked this hotel specifically for the spa, and there isn't one. The information was wrong, and I would have picked somewhere else if I'd known. Other staff seemed rude and exhausted when I asked how to get to the pool or gym, and I felt they were dismissive in other ways too. The bathroom had a stain and an old shower. There were no slippers, toothpaste, toothbrush, tea, or trash bags. WiFi was weak, and the TV sometimes didn't work. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, with no shops or places to walk around. The coffee was terrible, better not to serve it. This isn't a five-star hotel, and whether it suits you depends on your plans.

A quiet spot far enough from the city's noise, with clean rooms and excellent accommodations. Breakfast was delicious. The nearest local Seven is quite a walk, but the hotel lounge has all the amenities at decent, low prices.

There's plenty of parking, and the place gets many tourists and seminar attendees. Some rooms have been renovated, while others may still use keys. When I visit for business around phisanulok, I often stay here. Remember to switch on the light if you want the bedside outlets to work. The newly installed TV has remote play through Android smartview, and that works great. Try for a top-floor room, the view is good.

We paid 150THB per person to use the pool, and you don't have to be a hotel guest. The water was a little dirty, but everything else was good.
