See-Din Studio and Homestay is set in the forest, surrounded by rubber and bamboo trees, near Prom Lok waterfall in the mountain town of Prom Kiri. Nym and James are lovely, kind people, and they display their beautiful art there. You might leave with a piece. If you want a quiet, natural and authentic Thai stay away from the busy tourist spots, this is the place.

The clay houses are beautiful, and the place is peaceful, surrounded by nature and full of amazing art projects. The farm is well looked after and clean, and the goats are so friendly and sweet. I recommend staying here for a longer visit.

The owners are easygoing, friendly, and simple, and the place feels like walking into a garden. There are different animals around the house, and it’s really relaxing to sit or lie around. The earth house is in a rubber plantation, with running water and electricity but no air conditioning. That didn’t bother me at all: it isn’t hot, there are no mosquitoes, and fireflies twinkle around. If you enjoy privacy, quiet, and art, try a change of scenery and something new.

The weather was fantastic, and the owners were so lovely and hospitable that it felt like visiting a friend’s home, a real homestay. I meant to stay one night, then added a second and third. By the end I felt a little embarrassed about how long I’d kept the owners hosting me!
