The air conditioner was loud enough to keep me awake, the mattress was very hard, and passing cars were noisy too. Then we were charged 300 baht over dog urine smell on the doormat and dog poop outside in the grass. We thought money would only be taken from the deposit if we damaged something, so this felt unfair. The room description said pets were allowed. If the hotel accepts pets, some odor seems to come with that, and the hotel should accept it. If they plan to deduct money just because of a smell, they should say pets aren't allowed. Anyone bringing a pet should be careful not to end up in our situation. The noisy air conditioner was bad enough already, and this on top of it made the stay terrible.
