I was exhausted after the long flight from FRA via SIN and just stepped into this hotel. At first I felt a bit sorry for it, since it looked like it had seen better days when it had a Restaurant Karaoke and Massage Bar, Pool and Leisure. It seemed I was the only guest that day. Still, the room was very clean and had what I needed for a short stay, and the guy who checked me in was very kind. You can park in front. It’s a really good place to stay before or after the airport, and I’d absolutely recommend it.

The airport shuttle is the one real plus here. The stay was noisy and disappointing. The rooms were reasonably clean, but old, and maintenance seemed nonexistent. The restaurant looked dated, with repair work in places that seemed cheap and unfinished, although the food was good. I definitely won’t return.

The bellhop worked hard to help us and please other customers, but the front desk service was the opposite. The woman there was rude, showed no professional customer service skills, and didn’t seem interested when I asked for help. The hotel was dirty in the room and hallway, and there were lots of mosquitoes. It’s beside a swamp, and the smell was awful whenever we turned on the air conditioning. The website’s pictures and listings for the pool and other outdoor amenities weren’t accurate. I feel the three-star rating is misleading, almost like a scam to attract bookings. I spent less at a no-star hotel elsewhere in Bangkok that was 50 times better. I and other travelers were fooled.

I was in Thailand for a week in 2019 and stayed here just one night to sleep before meeting people at the airport the next day. For a fair review, it was cozy and clean, check-in was easy, breakfast was good, and the surroundings were very quiet.

The hotel was decent, and being close to Bangkok airport was useful, though the rooms looked more worn than the online pictures suggested. Getting there means going through a series of alleyways, and there aren’t many stores nearby, so it feels quite far from them.
