A2 Pool Resort

We especially appreciated how the kitchen staff helped prepare instant food for family members who weren’t adjusting to the local cuisine. Ophoh, please excuse any spelling error, was particularly helpful. Everyone we met, from the front desk to the kitchen, was friendly and accommodating. The pool is lovely, with direct access from each room, a design we haven’t seen elsewhere. A2 Pool Resort is in a peaceful area but still well connected to Siam Niramit, Tiger Kingdom, Chalong Pier, Dolphin Bay, and other attractions. It worked well for our family, with access to things to do away from the busy beach party atmosphere. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

The pool was a big letdown. It badly needs cleaning and repairs, the tiles are loose, and touching the walls left our skin green. If they fix it, I’d give the hotel more stars. The front desk service was excellent and friendly. Breakfast was okay, the restaurant was clean, and staff cleared tables quickly. You can order an omelette or scrambled eggs from the kitchen. Getting around on foot isn’t easy, but Old Town is close by taxi, and Bolt works well in the area.

The staff were so welcoming and kind, which made our stay memorable. Mr. Rashi at reception was especially helpful and always ready when we needed assistance. We had a wonderful stay at A2 Hotel. Love, Amina & Mumin from Dubai 💖

The staff were excellent, really gentle and kind, and they let us leave our luggage there until our flight time. The room could use some improvement, especially the furniture, towels, and welcome gifts. Still, A2 Pool Resort was a great place for a relaxing family stay.
