Andakira Hotel

At checkout, I asked for about 30 extra minutes because my flight was later and I needed time to finish some work. Rather than discuss a solution, staff responded harshly and warned that even a one-minute delay would mean money taken from my deposit. It felt like a threat, not a routine policy explanation, and was uncomfortable and unnecessary. The pool setup also felt restrictive. We had to get out to order at the bar and pay cash right away, with no flexibility to order from the pool and settle the bill later. The whole arrangement felt controlled rather than relaxed. Staff interactions were consistently cold and distant, without basic warmth. I understand past experiences may affect how people approach guests, but treating everyone with the same guarded or dismissive attitude isn't fair. Guests deserve courtesy and respect, especially when they are being polite and cooperative. I can't say for certain that there was intent, but I came away feeling Indian guests weren't treated with the same openness or warmth. Staff should be mindful to treat everyone equally and respectfully. My stay at Andakira Hotel in Phuket felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable from the start. A hotel should feel relaxing and inclusive, and this one didn't. I wouldn't stay again or feel comfortable recommending it.

This place is walkable to lots of areas in Patong, but it's still quiet. I've been coming for about ten years, and the location, cleanliness, and polite staff have never let me down. A special thank you to Zinnie, Pu, and Saifah for being so accommodating when I arrived before the usual check-in time. You always make my stays pleasant!

The room photos on the booking site showed the newer building, with better amenities and access to a swimming pool. Even though there was space in that section, we were placed in the older building instead. It had no pool, felt outdated, and the room condition was below expectations and unlike what was advertised. When we raised the room assignment issue, staff didn't seem very responsive or helpful. My stay at Andakira Hotel Phuket was disappointing and felt misleading, since the booking pictures didn't reflect what we received. I wouldn't recommend it based on this experience, and hope they improve their transparency and customer service.

We had two rooms, and they were connected, which worked out great. Both were spacious, and the washrooms were neat and clean. The hotel is tucked into a quiet alley but near Patong Beach, Patong Boxing Stadium, and Bangla Road. There’s a dartboard, pool table, and small swimming pool on the ground floor. The service was great, and we felt welcome. Keep it up!
