Arco Phuket Town

Our family of five, with young adults, stayed in two big, spacious rooms. You could tell the owner had put thought into the details, from the large round illuminated bathroom mirror to the extraordinary chair with its footrest. The rooms were very good quality, and service was excellent from reception and housekeeping to the restaurant team. We’d expected a buffet breakfast, but the à la carte meal was carefully served, excellent quality, and beautifully presented. It was thoroughly delicious. The hotel is within walking distance of Phuket Old Town’s bustle, but far enough away to avoid the noise.

The hotel was immaculate, and the staff were kind and accommodating. We had the best hospitality we’ve received in Thailand, and probably even in Sydney, where we’re from. It was perfectly placed for the Sunday markets, my favorite in Thailand. What a perfect stay. If you’re planning a trip to Thailand, do yourself a favor and book here.

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and has a lovely pool for a city property. Staff were so kind, and nothing felt like too much trouble. The bed was wonderful, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious. It’s a great choice for visiting Phuket, especially if Old Town is on your list. I could easily stay for two weeks if it were a little closer to the beach. Getting around Phuket can be difficult with the traffic and jams, so changing hotels makes more sense, and this one is ideal for that. Thanks again to all the lovely staff. Highly recommended!

We spent four nights here for our Phuket honeymoon, in the clock tower suite. The hotel had a relaxing feel, and the rooms and shared spaces were arranged and decorated beautifully. The air conditioning was powerful enough to make us downright cold most nights! Being near old Phuket town made it easy to walk to food and shops, yet we were far enough away for a quiet stay and an easy drive in or out. We really appreciated the room, location, service, and friendly staff. They kept offering help, treats, gifts, and drinks, and were attentive and generous.
