Breakfast was a treat, especially the waffles, and the place was very clean. The team were so welcoming and made it feel like home. Ban Patong Residence is close to Patong beach and Bangla street, right by some of Patong's busiest tourist spots. It's great value, and I'd choose Ban patong again if I return to Patong.

The waffles at breakfast are delicious, so don't skip them. Staff were friendly, and management seemed professional. I'd highly recommend this residence to anyone visiting Patong island.

The staff were helpful and hospitality was good. My only issue was that the rooms weren't cleaned very thoroughly. Apart from that, everything was good.
