The rooms are simple, but clean, and there's hot water and an elevator. You can walk to the main area easily via Soi Sansabai. For the price, it's good value, and I'd recommend it.

I had a really disappointing stay, and the deposit situation made it worse. Be careful, as it seemed they would do whatever they could to keep it. The bed sheets were dirty when I arrived, the towels were worn and had holes, and there were urine stains on the toilet seat. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was so dirty and unhygienic that I couldn't stay more than one night. The nice photos don't match what I found. I sent evidence pictures to booking dot com to complain. There was dirt throughout the room, existing damage, and old, dirty mattresses that smelled bad. The bathrooms had mould, too. If they put you in the back building, those seem to be the worst rooms. Construction was happening right outside, and a sewage smell from the rubbish outside came every day, so the balcony couldn't be opened. They make you pay for the room at reception and say there's no refund. It felt unhygienic staying there. DO NOT STAY HERE!

A very good stay, especially for people with animals. It's animal friendly, the staff are super good, and the location works well for pets and their owners. The AC and reception are available 24/7. You're close to cocoon and Dundee hotels and restaurants. Nearby there's a local shop with local food, doctors, travel agents and a coffee shop. Perfekt for you and your cats 🐱.
