Destination Patong

I booked three nights but left just an hour after checking in. The room was so disgusting that I couldn't spend even one night there. There were dirty walls with visible stains and what looked like marks left by previous guests. The beds had large, very suspicious stains too, and the place felt unhygienic and badly maintained. Mould was heavy in several areas, enough to make me think staying there could seriously affect my health. I couldn't bring myself to stay and left immediately. I didn't get a refund despite the room's condition, so I strongly advise people not to make the same mistake. In my opinion, an establishment in this state shouldn't be operating. It's completely unacceptable.

The only good thing was one young boy working there. He was respectful. The service otherwise was zero, and the hotel was very bad to stay in, even for half a night. It wasn't like the listing on Booking or Agoda. The rooms were old enough for the locks to break if children pushed hard. The beds weren't clean, the toilet spray was broken, and so was the toilet. The curtains had stains, and nothing was properly clean. Even the floor tiles looked like they hadn't been replaced in years. There's no elevator, so I don't know how this is a three-star hotel. I'd give it zero. No refund.

The location is the only good thing here. We paid more than you would for a premium three-star hotel and got the worst service. The whole property was dirty, and the rooms were somehow worse, with no amenities. Check-in was at 2 pm, but when we arrived at 3 the room still wasn't ready. They cleaned it while we waited outside. They also took a 1000 baht room deposit, something I'd never seen before. There were marks on the bedsheet, and the curtains were torn and dirty. The rooms clearly aren't maintained. You can find much better deals.

The one good thing is how close it is to patong beach. Beyond that, our experience was very negative. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and even though we arrived on time, we had to wait outside because our room wasn't ready. The room was old and dirty. Towels and curtains were torn, the bedsheets were stained, and everything felt unhygienic. The bathroom was awkward to use, with hardly any legroom because the commode is right against the wall, and the basin is tiny. There's no separate shower area, so the whole washroom gets wet when you shower. There's also no elevator, and we had to carry our heavy luggage. We felt scammed. There are much better hotels for similar or lower prices.
