The location is excellent, close to the sea, night market, and walking street, and the hotel is quiet. It's a little old. The room was clean but nothing special, and the pool is small, though you can use it sometimes. Beach towels are available. The only thing I didn't like was the ants. Recommended.

The hotel is a bit worn, but it did the job, and the price was budget friendly. The location was great, though there was no view. The staff were fantastic and super friendly. I’d stay here again.

We found the room and location good, and the towel checkout was really handy for beach or excursion days. The outlets were a bit loose, so plugs fell out easily, and the power cut out a few times, though it came back quickly. All in all, a really great place.

The breakfast was meant to run from 7 to 10, but the food was already gone around 9. They also tried to charge me for cleaning sheets they hadn't changed in five days. The staff and management weren't very nice, even though the location is great, right next to kata night market. I wouldn't recommend it.

There are plenty of restaurants just 1-2 minutes away, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk. We stayed for three weeks and really liked the resort. Our room had direct pool access, was nice, and got cleaned every day. The staff were helpful and very service minded, and the free beach towels were a nice touch. We can definitely recommend it and plan to come back next year.
