Kudo Hotel & Beach Club (Adults Only)

The service made our visit especially enjoyable. Waiter Pann was welcoming, professional, attentive, quick, and always smiling, so we felt well looked after. Right by the beach in Patong, KUDO Beach Club has a lovely view that gets even better at sunset. It's a fun, lively place but still comfortable, and the music sets the mood without drowning out the surroundings. The clean, modern pool and seating area was well maintained. Food and drinks were fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. A great place to relax, eat, and enjoy the beachside atmosphere. I'd happily come back.

We came in just for dinner, expecting we'd have to pay an entry fee like at most places along the beach. It was easy to get in, though, and we had a genuinely great time. The food was excellent, and the music was lovely and relaxing. I'd recommend giving this place a try. You might like it more than you expect.

The staff were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful, and every interaction was pleasant. They did their best to assist whenever they could. But the room itself was unacceptable for something marketed as a suite. A nightclub directly above the rooms plays loud music nonstop from about 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep or rest. The air conditioning also seems to have serious problems. The room stays humid, and moisture builds up whenever the door opens, leaving the floor wet and slippery. It's an uncomfortable, unpleasant setup. I'd strongly advise future guests to reconsider unless these problems are fixed.

We paid a lot for food, drinks, and facilities, expecting a premium day out. When we returned, our scooter had been moved onto the footpath, chained up, and given a police fine. It became very clear to us that the security guard was taking cash from some people to let them park. If you didn't pay, your scooter was moved after you went inside, leaving you to deal with fines. It felt like a deliberate setup aimed at guests, not a misunderstanding. Things got worse when we spoke to staff. The guard denied everything and got aggressive, even challenging us to fight. That is unacceptable anywhere, especially at a venue calling itself “luxury.” Management needs to step in and hire professional, accountable staff. This reflects terribly on the business and creates a hostile atmosphere. Avoid Kudo Hotel & Beach Club Phuket. It wasn't worth the stress, risk, or money. Phuket has plenty of better, more reputable beach clubs where you can relax without worrying about being taken advantage of. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
