The staff were so pleasant and helpful, always smiling and greeting us politely. We didn’t get the same kind of welcome at the other hotels where we stayed afterward. We wished we’d spent all three weeks here, and I’d recommend the hotel. Thanks to the staff for a wonderful vacation! This was our first trip to Thailand, and we tried three hotels in different parts of Phuket. We stayed here from November 18 to 25 in a room with an ocean view. The hotel has a beautiful jungle inside, and the view from the room was stunning. One evening, a monitor lizard crawled under the terrace.

The food was a highlight. Breakfast had so much variety it was hard to choose, and dinner was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were polite and the service was excellent in every detail. It’s clean, beautiful, and spacious, with a natural feel. The warm welcome makes us happy every time we stay.

The greenery is a lovely way to unwind, with tropical plants and trees thoughtfully spread throughout the property. It’s a special place if you enjoy being surrounded by nature, and there’s direct beach access. The rooms, restaurants, and views were all great. We had a memorable family holiday at Marina Phuket Resort and would love to return soon. Highly recommend it. What stayed with us most was the warm hospitality. The staff made us feel at home, better than at many luxury hotels.

We fell for Marina Phuket Resort as soon as we walked into reception. The villas and grounds are lovely, and our beautiful pool was always clean. We enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel deserves its five stars. Thank you for being part of our incredible trip!

For the price, this resort is an incredible deal. We stayed in a Garden Room but still had a lovely ocean view from the window. The room was clean and well stocked, the staff were friendly and helpful, and having breakfast and dinner included was a great bonus. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to Phuket.
