Pacific Club Resort

Karon Beach didn't do much for me, but the resort itself more than made up for it. The staff were generous and kind, and everything we wanted was close by. Food, drinks, and other things could be brought right to the pool, and there were massages on the first floor along with convenience items. Breakfast had both Western choices like waffles, toast, and danishes, and Thai dishes including pork rice porridge. The Thai food was much better than at the nearby restaurants, and the sea bass with curry sauce was spot on. The regular menu was delicious too, with a lot of options. I wasn't sure about the playful fusion dishes at first, but even the Chicken Karon Blue was really good. The service was amazing from start to finish. It's an all-inclusive resort with gorgeous views, and I hope it stays a secret. If you like good food and kind people, book it.

Mr. Sun treated us like family, went out of his way to celebrate my birthday, and saw us off. That really stood out. We had a reunion dinner at the restaurant, where most dishes were tasty and reasonably priced, though a few were a little too salty for us. The rooftop pool looks out toward the sea and is surrounded by greenery. The resort also has a restaurant, a paid massage place, a gym, a jacuzzi, and a complimentary pool. Getting around was fairly manageable with an elevator, though there are some stairs at the entrance and by the restaurant. Our room was spacious, with working air-conditioning and a balcony for sitting and relaxing. The main bed was comfortable, while the extra bed was a bit thin. There was a TV with YouTube and built-in entertainment. The breakfast buffet had a decent choice and nice food, and laundry was available for a fee with prices based on weight. My family and I had a lovely stay. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful with our requests. We'd come back if we visit Phuket again. Thanks to everyone!

We came for our honeymoon and were kindly upgraded. Pacific Club Resort is a small place, which is part of its charm. The rooftop pool has an ocean view, and there's also a spa, restaurant, and mineral pool. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had plenty of options. Sun, the manager, walks around greeting guests and checking that things are going well. You can tell he cares about your stay. The staff and facilities were great value for money, and the service was among the best we've had. We'll definitely come back.

We also really enjoyed the salmon and shrimp pasta, and the rooftop pool comes with a stunning view. The hotel is quiet, and its traditional Thai-style architecture gives it plenty of charm. The free shuttle to Karon Beach was a nice extra. The staff were so welcoming and kind that our stay felt perfect. We'd highly recommend the hotel and thank the whole team, especially Mr. Sun.
