The free airport shuttle was punctual and made things very easy. The location is hard to beat, with 4 to 5 massage shops within easy walking distance, so you can relax right up to your flight. Food’s easy to find too, with two 7-Eleven stores just a short stroll away. For convenience, amenities and peace of mind, I think this is the best hotel in the airport area. 100% recommended!!!!!!🥰💕🙏🏽✨😻🫡✨✨✨✨✨

We landed around midnight and this was an easy place to start the holiday. The free airport shuttle runs both ways, and check-in is available 24 hours. The beds were comfortable, the staff were amazing, and the hotel made communication in English especially simple through WhatsApp. A great location for a couple of nights or a layover.

For an overnight connection, the location works well: it’s about a 500-metre walk from the airport terminal’s ground floor, and there’s a free shuttle to the departures entrance. Coffee is available at reception around the clock. The room was comfortable and has a mini-fridge, though it could use a few more amenities. There’s also a 7-11 about 100 metres down the street.

I stayed here on my last night before flying back to the UK, and would happily return when I’m back in Phuket in June. It feels like a quiet oasis near a busy airport. Nai Yang beach is close, about 200 baht by tuk tuk and roughly 10 minutes away. It’s worth a look for the eateries, bars and a nice night out. The hotel’s communal area by reception is peaceful, with excellent Wi-Fi throughout, a spot to chat, relax or work, and free coffee and tea all day and night. There’s also a large fridge with beer and soft drinks available to buy at any hour, just pay the receptionist. Outside, a small pool has sun loungers around it. My room was spotless and bright, with a very comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, a spacious, clean, bright bathroom, a very cold fridge and a good hair dryer. Staff welcomed me quickly, were friendly, and helped with my luggage to and from the room. The free, fast, air-conditioned shuttle runs at any time, day or night, and takes around 10 minutes to reach the airport departure terminal. A really pleasant stay, and I recommend it.
