Phuket Graceland Resort And Spa

We had a lovely family stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The resort has great pools and lots of activities, so the kids had plenty to enjoy and everyone stayed entertained. The beach location is a big plus, and there are plenty of good places to eat nearby. Vegetarian choices at breakfast could be improved, since the variety was somewhat limited. Smokers may appreciate the balcony rooms. Everything else was excellent, and it’s a great resort for families wanting a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Phuket.

We stayed from 4th April to 7th April, and the service was excellent throughout. KITTIMA at reception deserves a special mention for guiding us and keeping our luggage safe in the lobby after checkout. Our flight to India wasn’t until 10:30 PM. Renting a bike at the hotel was very convenient too. The location makes it easy to reach everything nearby, and the swimming pools were a highlight. Breakfast was great, though vegetarian choices are limited if you don’t eat eggs. We had a wonderful stay at Phuket Graceland Resort and highly recommend it.

The pools are large and well cared for, though getting a poolside seat can be difficult, not impossible. Breakfast had lots of delicious options. We were first-time guests at Phuket Graceland and had a fantastic stay. It’s about an hour from the airport and well placed for walking to Patong beach, restaurants, and several laundry services. The closest one will even bring washed and ironed clothes back to reception. We found the Standard rooms perfectly fine. Their limitations, mainly frosted windows that don’t open, are disclosed when booking. The rooms are older but spotlessly maintained, and the air conditioning worked well. There can be a slight musty smell, but it fades quickly. Bathrooms were also very well maintained and everything worked. The muezzin wasn’t intrusive, and the rooms were generally very quiet. Poolside rooms looked great, though high occupancy meant we couldn’t try one this time. The WiFi worked fine, including by the pool, and was good enough to stream to a tablet without interruption. Every staff member we met was consistently enthusiastic, helpful, and professional, even when dealing with all sorts of behaviour. Check-in and checkout were easy. It isn’t the cheapest place, but the price is comparable to hotels of a similar size and with similar amenities.

Our first trip to Thailand was wonderful, and we loved Phuket and the Thai people. Leaving after just one week was the only hard part. We’ve already booked for two weeks next year in the sunset wing, in a pool access room, and can’t wait to return. Big thanks to everyone at Graceland for their dedication and five-star service. The resort is across the road from Patong Beach, with lots of shops, restaurants, and 7-11 shops a short walk away. We were upgraded to a second-floor balcony room overlooking the swim up pool bar, and it was fantastic. From the gate security to the door person, reception staff, and porters, the hospitality was clear from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. We couldn’t fault any of the services we used: the spa, buffet breakfast, room service, on-site coffee shop, gift shop, and swim up pool bar. The buffet was fantastic, the bar staff were great, and the cleaners worked very hard to keep the rooms in top shape. Leah & Phil
