The villa was beautiful and the setting was quiet and calm. Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which was amazing. They have bikes for hire and can arrange a paid cab to the airport. It’s not really walking distance to anything, so I’d recommend having a bike or car. Our shower kept switching between boiling hot and freezing cold, and the pressure was extremely low, so we couldn’t get a good shower. The bathroom smelled like sewage.

BB was such a lovely soul, kind and understanding. The place was clean, the AC powerful, and the pool and bathroom clean too. The TV is small, but it’s a smart TV with everything you need to chill. The location is amazing if you have a motorbike.

Lovely, clean villas on a quiet street in Rawai, with a beautiful, relaxing feel. Rawai Beach, shops, restaurants, and massage places are all within walking distance. The owner was so friendly and helpful, and helped us arrange a fantastic trip to the Similan Islands. Thank you, BeeBee! 🙏❤️

Bibi was fantastic, so kind and helpful. The house was very clean, and the water in the very large pool was clean too. She can arrange a scooter rental for 300 bath/day (2025). There are nice restaurants nearby and a great massage place near 7/11. Thank you, Bibi!

Stayed 11/09/22 - 18/09/22. I really liked the quiet, tranquil setting at this villa in the Rawii Beach area. Vincent, the complex owner manager, was friendly and helpful, and the villa was in good condition and very clean. Rawaii Beach is less than 3 mins away by scooter. There are lots of beachfront cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. Beautiful Nia Harn beach and Promthep Cape viewpoint, where we saw spectacular sunsets, are also 10 min from the Villa.
