There's a lovely town view from up the hill, and the sunset is beautiful. The walk through nature is quiet and rises gradually. Nearby restaurants have great views and tasty drinks, especially the coconut smoothies. There was a nice breeze, too.

A clean air-conditioned room for rent, not far from Central Plaza, just before the Tai Hua School intersection on the left. It costs 500 baht per month, with a 200 baht deposit that's returned when you give back the key. There's a fridge in the room, handy for keeping drinks cold.
