Harry made us feel at home from the moment we checked in. He helped with our bags, remembered us each day, and took time to have real conversations. His warmth and kindness made the whole stay special. That sort of hospitality is rare, and we’ll recommend Rattana Karon Beach Hotel to everyone because of his service. He deserves recognition!

The cleaning team kept our room comfortable and tidy every day, and the hotel is conveniently close to the beach. Everyone on staff was friendly, accommodating, and ready to help with what we needed. We had a wonderful stay at Rattana Beach Hotel and would definitely recommend it.

Karon Beach is fantastic, and it's only a two-minute walk from the hotel. I stayed long term and found the rooms very clean, with housekeeping every day, and the staff friendly. Breakfast was exceptionally good, a must in my opinion, and I never skipped it. I booked early at a good price, since rooms cost much more in high season. Special thanks to Herry at reception for the nice, helpful conversations. I'll be back next year. See you again, Steven.

The front desk staff were attentive, and breakfast at the restaurant next door was good. The location was great, but they charged us to wash the bed linens. Also, the shower is very low and never gets hot.

The rooms are small but cozy, and the service is warm and good. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach, which is a great location. I’d definitely recommend it. A few more breakfast choices would make it even better.
