I only stopped here once. The service was awful: the male staff member with glasses had no manners, spoke to me like a dog, and acted dumb whenever I asked him something.
I was really disappointed by the service. The staff were rude, and the mattress was stained. They even asked the cleaning staff on the customer's behalf, “Has it come out yet? When will it come out?”
There’s lots of parking, strong water pressure, and the price is cheap. It’s also close to places to eat, including O-Tao Bang Niao, a famous Phuket dish. The building is old, though, and the room felt stuffy. My mattress had stains, and the air conditioning wasn’t very cool. Maybe I was just unlucky, since my colleague’s room cooled well. It’s probably fine if you’re prepared for a one-night stay. You have to go to the counter to ask for Wi-Fi, and they give you instructions you need to remember. I’d bring a pen and paper to write them down, or save them on your phone if remembering things isn’t your strong suit.
The price was reasonable, and there was plenty of parking. I’d give the room 4 stars: it was clean, had no musty smell, and came with a balcony for drying clothes, a refrigerator, and two bottles of water. The bathroom was clean too. I had to find somewhere else because my usual place was fully booked this month, which was a bit disappointing. This one was okay, better than having nowhere to stay. I called to book a second-floor room, but they checked me into the third floor instead! That service gets 3 stars. It’s also down a narrow alley, so 3 stars for location.
