Mae was easily the most helpful person we met on our trip to Thailand. She treated us so well. The room was fine. This is a roadside hotel rather than a luxury place, but it's set up for travelers to be comfortable, right on the highway heading south from Phuket. It has a bar/café with delicious coffee, a restaurant, self-service laundry and a pool. Everything the hotel promises was there, and it was all great.
